Decorfil is an acrylic emulsion based, gun applied, filler which exhibits good adhesion to most building materials. It remains flexible to accomodate slight movement and can be overpainted with both alkyd based and water based paint systems.
Decorfil is used for sealing gaps around windows and door frames, sealing up to skirting boards and covings, or filling cracks in plaster prior to decorating with paint and/or wall coverings.
The joint to be filled should be clean and free from loose material. A continous bead should be extruded in to the crack or joint. Small cracks should be opened to 3-4mm to give good penetration and performance. A smooth finish can be obtained by smoothing over with a wet finger or pointing tool. Can be overpainted after 1 hour.

A permanently flexible, non-curing sealant compound, based on synthetic rubber polymers. Sovereign Building Mastic forms a though flexible skin when exposed t oair. The skin is both air and watertight, however beneath the skin, the mastic remains flexible. If movement is excessive, the skin may split and reform.
Pointing and sealing around doors, window frames and otehr structural items in contact with wood, brick, concrete, metal and most other normal building materials. Bedding window frames, door frames, roof lights, etc. Sealing between concrete panels in industrial prefabricated buildings. Pointing of curtain walling and similar structures where a long lasting permanently flexible sealing compound is required is required.
All surfaces should be clean, dry and free from dirt. A wire brush should be used to remove rust from old metal and the appropriate solvent to remove rust from old metal and the appropriate solvent to remove any traces of grease from new metal. The mastic should be extruded into the joint with a Sovereign Caulking Gun, cutting the nozzle to the required size and making sure that the joint is properly filled and that the material is in full contact with joint sides. Sovereign Building Mastic can be painted with normal exterior grade paints after skinning has taken place. This will normally take between 12-24hrs, depending upon temperature and sunlight.
Movement Accomodation: 20%
Minimum Depth: 9.5mm
Maximum depth/weight: 25mm

A self adhesive long lasting bituminous flashing tape that bonds to a wide range of building materials (e.g. brick, masonry, slates, wood, metal, concrete, teracotta tiles, glass, roofing felt, rigid plastics etc) and offers a durable, instant waterproof repair.
Can be used for new work such as flashings on pitched or flat roofs and parapets or sealing valey gutters, roof lights, extractor vents. Ideal for quick repair work on roofs e.g. defective flashing, cracked cement, fillets, cracked felt, mending leaks in drainpipes and gutterings, protecting insulation for pipes and tanks.
Keep warm prior to use to improve initial adhesion properties. All surfaces should be dry, clean and dust free. Loose material such as rust or flaking surfaces should be wire brushed. Fill any wide cracks or depressions. Check that Sovereign Flashing is of sufficient width to overlap adjoining surfaces by atleast 30mm.
Cut off required length of Flashing, remove backing paper and place in position pressing home firmly following contours required. Smooth down with a cloth or ecorators wallpaper roller paying particular attention to the edges.
Life Expectancy: 15 years
Chemical Attack: Flashing may become brittle if enclosed in a cementous mix. Contact between outer foil and alkaline materials or metals (e.g. copper) must be avoided.
10m long rolls of varying widths.
porous surfaces can be primed with Sovereign Flashing Primer (available in 1ltr containers) to improve adhesion (priming will also assist in particularly cold conditions). Clean down surfaces and apply primer, allow to dry (4-6 hours) before affixing Flashing.
Sovereign Expanding Foams are one part poisture curing polyurethane foam system under pressure in a naerosol container. Teh canister contains a specially developed liquid prepolymer of diphenylmethane di-isocyanate (MDI) in combination with propellants and foaming agents. Conatins no CFC's (in according with the Montreal Protocol).
Sovereign Expanding PUR Foams are fast setting and bond, seal and insulate most construction materials includeing wood, brick, metal, concrete and most plastics.
Thoroughly cover and mask surrounding areas/items to prevent splashing/dripping of foam. Keep children and pets away when using and do not use near naked flames, fires or other sources of heat. Surfaces should be clean, dry and free from loose material, dust and grease. If necessary lightly dampen surfaces to aid adhesion and curing. Shake can vigorously (30-40 seconds) and then affix can to Sovereign Foam Gun in the prescribed manner. Adjust flow control to rear of gun and apply suitable pressure to the trigger to extrude foam at controlled rate.
Only use foams in temperatures range +5°C to +30°C. When filling large gaps apply foam in layers, allowing a few minutes between applications. Spray each layer with water assist expansion and curing. Once cured only mechanical means will remove foam. After 2 1/2 hours cure, the foam may be cut, sanded and plastered or painted. Always paint foam if it is to be exposed to sunlight to prevent discolouration.
Appearance: Buff coloured liquid under pressure expanding to 2 1/2 times its initial volume once aplied at room temperature.
Tack Free Time: 10 minutes
Cure Time: 12-24 hours (depending upon humidity)
Full Expansion: 1 hour

If Foam Gun is in regular (weekly) use then leaving full/part used canister of foam in place should prevent curing of material in barrel of gun. However, if gun is not in regular use, Foam canister should be removed and replaced with a Foam Gun Cleaner. This should be flushed through gun to remove any Foam residue. Failure to undertake this exercise will result in foam curing within the gun barrel thus preventing further use.
Caution: Sovereign Foam Gun Cleaner contains Acetone and is therefore extremely flammable. Do not use as a skin Cleaner. Packed in 500ml pressurized canisters.
